Its just, heaven, Glen-heaven!! Located at the end of a quite battle-axe driveway, this new home is the prime example of modern chic living. Select Construction worked closely with the draftsmen and client to bring the project within our client’s budget prior to commencing on site.

The split level home, constructed as a wafflepod slab, brick veneer home, features colour bond roofing with a rendered external finish. The large format tiles used throughout the living areas and bathrooms together with Dulux lexicon walls create a gallery feel allowing this client to show off their love for artwork.

Our clients love to cook and entertain, so the main brief for the kitchen and living areas was a design that would allow them to oversee the dining, living, alfresco and backyard pool areas, as well as have a large space to prepare food. Clean lines, crisp white and plenty of storage were also key elements. Every detail was thought through.

Each bedroom of this house, has access to their own private paved courtyard retreat. Large bifolds surrounding the living areas allow for a mass of natural light throughout the day and access to the extensive entertaining areas. Select Construction took this home to practical completion, with the clients finishing the exterior paintwork and landscaping themselves.
